Kaiseki cuisine
In addition to traditional Japanese cuisine, please enjoy a relaxing Kaiseki meal featuring ingredients from Okinawa, a country with a long lifespan.
Dinner
Okinawan Island Tofu Kaiseki
A kaiseki course featuring Okinawa’s traditional island tofu.
Island tofu is known for its firm texture, dense weight, and rich soybean flavor due to its low moisture content. It holds its shape well during cooking, making it ideal for grilling, simmering, or frying. Paired with seasonal seafood and island vegetables, it becomes a refined kaiseki experience. Please enjoy the deep, comforting flavors that reflect Okinawa’s climate and seasonal blessings.

Chef's Recommendation Wagyu Sukiyaki
Ishigaki beef is a Japanese black breed of beef that is produced and fattened in Yaeyama County, centered on Ishigaki Island, and meets certain conditions.
Raised in a warm climate and rich meadows, it has a good amount of fat, light flesh, and a sweet, flavorful taste.
We have prepared a sukiyaki that combines this Ishigaki beef with seasonal ingredients such as Chinese cabbage, white onion, garland chrysanthemum, and tofu, served with an elegant warishita of brown sugar and awamori(Okinawa liquor).
