About application
- Make reservations after check-in and during your stay.activity counter(8:30-17:00) on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please note that we do not accept reservations over the phone. (Excluding some menus)
- The deadline for all menus is one hour before the start time of each program. (Excluding some menus)
- Flight cancellations, cancellations, schedule changes, and changes to capacity and age restrictions may occur without notice due to weather, ocean conditions, animal health conditions, and other circumstances.
- Decisions regarding events and content changes will be made one hour before the event, so please check with the activity counter before using.
- If you are staying at a hotel other than our hotel or a group hotel, we will only accept menus that are available at the time you come to the counter on the day of the event.
Regarding cancellations and changes
- For cancellations or changes, please contact the activity counter (8:30-17:00).
- For cancellations and changes, the following fees will be charged.
The day before (until 17:00) 50% of the regular price
100% of the regular price on the day - Reservations for canceled menus can be made at the activity counter.
- We do not accept reservation changes over the phone.

To outpatient customers
- Facility usage fees are ¥4,500 for adults, ¥3,000 for elementary school students, and ¥1,000 for preschoolers (3 years old to elementary school age).
- Please refrain from bringing food and drinks, music equipment, cooler boxes, beach umbrellas, leisure seats, chairs, etc.

Regarding the use of beach towels
- Beach towels can be rented at the counter inside the indoor pool.
Request for cooperation in safety management
- To prevent accidents, please follow the instructions of staff and instructors.
- If you are using a snorkel at the beach, please wear a life jacket (free rental).
- Children under elementary school age must be supervised by their parents when swimming.
- Please refrain from swimming while under the influence of alcohol.
- For small children swimming, please wear arm helpers (free rental).
- Customers participating in the programs listed below will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire at the time of participating in the program.

*Those staying at the hotel (those staying for 2 nights or more in July and August) can make reservations by phone up to the day before their check-in date.
Procedures must be completed at the counter by the day before the participation date. At that time, we will check if there are any height restrictions.
