Made using luxurious seasonal ingredients from Okinawa and crafted with delicate skills. Four Seasons Our proud French course. From vibrant appetizers, to the main dishes that bring out the individuality of the ingredients to the fullest, to the gorgeous desserts that finish off the meal, the aromas and flavors that spread through each dish will create a memorable and special dinner time.

Ryukyu terroir
A specialty course where you can enjoy dishes made with plenty of Okinawan seasonal ingredients, not just with your taste buds, but with all five senses. The soup is a soup de terroir made with 10 local ingredients, including island vegetables, Agu pork cheek confit, and Kume Island chicken consommé. Please enjoy the delicious taste of Ryukyu land. The fish dish is a luxurious dish where you can enjoy Okinawa's three most expensive fish, akajinmibai, akamachi, and makubu, all at once. The main dish is a meat dish prepared using Okinawan traditional red tiles. Ishigaki beef fillet is wrapped in red tiles and slowly cooked at a low temperature. Just before you enjoy your meal, you break the red tile yourself and the chef will serve it right in front of you.
