Mobile check-in will start from February 9, 2026 (Monday).
Mobile check-in is a service that allows you to check-in online before your arrival.
After mobile check-in, you can view the benefits available for your stay on your smartphone.
We will send an email to some customers in advance.
◎Customers using mobile check-in should also come to the front desk, where we will provide you with information about your stay and a gift voucher.
Instructions for use
If you registered your email address at the time of reservation
An "automatic check-in guide" email will be sent to the email address entered at the time of reservation. Please access the link in the email, enter the necessary information in the form, and obtain the dedicated QR code from "My Page".
*Depending on the application website, email sending may not be possible. In that case, please follow the same procedure as when you are not registered.
If you did not register your email address at the time of reservation
Click the link button below to enter "Reservation Inquiry" and enter your reservation name and phone number or reservation ID, and you will receive an "Automatic Check-in Information" email. Please access the link in the email, fill out the required information in the input form, and obtain the dedicated QR code from "My Page".
