Obtained 4 Miyozakura certifications under “Sakura Quality An ESG Practice (commonly known as Sakura Quality Green)”

Renaissance Okinawa Resorthas recently acquired the "4 Gyoko Sakura" rating under the international certification "Sakura Quality An ESG Practice (commonly known as Sakura Quality Green)" for accommodation facilities that practice SDGs.

In the future, our hotel will continue to operate our hotels with consideration for sustainable tourism and the local community, and provide even more comfortable and high-quality stays.

What is “Sakura Quality Green”?

"Sakura Quality An ESG Practice" (commonly known as Sakura Quality Green) is Japan's first SDGs certification for accommodation facilities such as hotels and inns. The certification standards are certified by the GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) in the United States and consist of 172 items based on the 17 goals of the SDGs. Based on responses to a check sheet and an on-site survey conducted by a surveyor, you will be evaluated on a five-point scale.
