Request regarding use of mobile battery

Dear customers

In recent years, cases of mobile batteries (including other products with built-in lithium-ion batteries) overheating, smoking, and catching fire have been reported both domestically and internationally.
In order to ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we ask for your cooperation in using mobile batteries in the guest rooms as follows.
 
1.To prevent fires and other emergencies, please be sure to unplug your mobile battery from the outlet when you are away from your guest room or while sleeping.
2.When charging an electronic device such as a mobile phone from a mobile battery, or when charging a mobile battery using a power source in the guest room, please be careful about the charging location.
・Places exposed to direct sunlight such as near a window
・On flammable materials such as beds, sheets, curtains, etc.
3.Please always use and charge your mobile battery in a place where you can check its condition.
 
In addition, if the cleaning staff confirms the above situation while cleaning the guest room, we may move the mobile battery or stop charging it to ensure safety.
