Do you take restaurant reservations in advance?
Yes. Reservations are recommended to secure your preferred table and time. We offer a wide variety of food including barbecue, Okinawan, Japanese, and Western cuisine. Reservations for each restaurant can be made as follows.

Do you have a dress code?
Please refrain from wearing beach sandals or slippers at Four Seasons, Four Seasons Bar, Anvil House and Irodori.
Sleeved shirts and full-length slacks are required for men during dinner at Four Seasons.
Are there any restaurants with age limits?
There are no restaurants with age limits.
Are there special meals for kids?
We offer free meals at dinner at Sailfish Café, Loy’s, Coral Sea View and Irodori for children between 3 and 12 years old and also free drinks for children between 3 and 5 years old.
In addition, children between 3 and 5 years old can enjoy a Kids’ Breakfast at Sailfish Café, Irodori and Coral Sea View.
Can we visit your restaurants even though we are not staying at your hotel?
We welcome visiting guests from outside as well.
Rooms
Do you provide internet connection?
All guest rooms are provided with free Internet access/Wi-Fi. Guests also can use free Wi-Fi in the lobby.
What kind of amenities do you offer?

Do you have children’s pajamas?
Yes. The sizes of pajamas are 80cm, 100cm and 120cm and we also provide beach sandals (19cm/21cm) for children.
We are visiting with children. Do we need to pay for them?
There is an extra charge for each child between 3-5 years of ¥ 3,850 (7/1-7/14,9/1-9/30:¥ 5,500, 7/15-8/31:¥8,800) per night.
Do you have a hot spring facility?
Yes. It is called “Yamada Onsen” on the second floor, which is exclusively for guests staying on the 11th floor, Ryukyu Suite, Club Savvy Premium guests and Club Savvy Regular guests.
Persons with body tattoos of any type or size are not allowed to use this facility.
Can we use Yamada Onsen with our child?
Children aged 6 and over and/or over 125cm in height are not allowed in the hot spring facilities of the opposite gender even if they are accompanied by a parent/guardian. Preschool children are not allowed in the hot spring facilities after 21:00 (last admission: 20:30).
Babies
Can we rent a baby bed and other rental items for babies?
If you would like to rent a baby bed, it costs ¥1,000 per night. However, use of baby beds is limited to babies up to 1 year old, and will not be provided for babies that can stand by holding onto something because of safety reasons. There is also a weight limit which is about 10kg.
Baby strollers (Type A and B), bed guards, steps and toilet seats are also available at free of charge.
Can you sterilize the baby bottle?
We can add a microwave for sterilization to your room. A limited number of microwaves are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Room Service can also take care of sterilization on a request basis.
Do you sell baby supplies?
Yes. Baby supplies are available at Market Plaza on the 1st floor.

Dolphin Programs, Marine Activities, Beach and Pool
Can we make a Dolphin or Marine program reservation in advance?
We regret to inform you that any reservation requests for Dolphin or Marine programs are not acceptable in advance.
After you check-in our hotel, you can make reservations for Dolphin or Marine programs, respectively at Activity Information.

Until when can we swim in the sea?
In general, it is possible to swim between April and October in Okinawa.
If it is a relatively warm year in the winter season, it is also possible to swim wearing a rash guard or T-shirt over your swimming wear.
Can we snorkel on the beach?
Yes. We offer rental snorkels and masks at a charge. Please wear a life jacket (free) for safety reasons.
We do not lend fins but you can bring your own fins and use them.
Is it possible for a child wearing a diaper to play in the beach and pool?
By wearing a swim diaper underneath the swimming suit, child can play at the beach and pools (both indoor and outdoor).
You can purchase swim diapers in our shop Market Plaza.

Can we borrow a swim ring?
Rental swim rings and floats for children and adults are available at the Dolphin Island shop on the beachside.

Others
Do you have a private parking?
Parking is available for our guests free of charge. Please pull over your car in front of the hotel entrance and our bell staff will be glad to assist you.
Is there a laundry area in your facility?
Every floor has a free laundry room which all guests can use free of charge. Laundry, dry cleaning & pressing service are also available at a charge.
Can we send our luggage to the hotel in advance?
We will keep your luggage until the day of your arrival. The address label must indicate the reservation name and the check-in date.
